In 2023, new legislation (O.C.G.A. § 48-7-29.25) was enacted to allow Georgia taxpayers to claim a state income tax credit for supporting local public safety efforts by contributing to qualified law enforcement foundations.
All funds donated through this program will be used directly to support the Dunwoody Police Department through officer training, wellness programs, and specialized equipment purchases that enhance the department’s ability to serve our community.
This program is currently open for enrollment for the 2025 tax year.
